Formerly known as Samurai Spirits Inc. (SSI), was established in 1994. The company began as the exclusive distributor for EFD Inc., a global leader in precision dispensing technologies. In 2009, SSI expanded into the development of core dispensing technologies, including motion control, image processing, and precision robotic platforms. By 2008, the company had already earned recognition as a leading supplier of high-speed, high-precision dispensing machines in Taiwan and China, serving major LCD flat panel manufacturers such as AUO, Innolux, and Samsung. In 2017, SSI pioneered exclusive Mini LED dispensing technology for Apple. This breakthrough further cemented its position as an innovation leader in the industry. In 2022, SSI’s dispensing business was acquired by NASDAQ-listed Kulicke & Soffa. Following this strategic divestment, the company launched Advanced AssemblyTech Sdn Bhd, continue with high-tech venture dedicated to the research and development of real-time optical monitoring systems and advanced laser processing technologies.
